What is SuiteAuth Connect?
NetSuite has some great native payment gateways for processing credit card payments – but it is lacking perhaps one of the most common and ubiquitous ones out there – Authorize.Net. Now you can ALSO use Authorize.Net as a payment gateway within NetSuite and use it to complete transactions (capture funds) from externally authorized customer engagement, like a web store. Of course, you can use it completely inside NetSuite for authorization, capture, voids and generation of customer payment profiles as well.
Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or any other best of breed webstore integrated with NetSuite, cool! Use Authorize.Net as your payment gateway facing your customers then continue to work with that transaction inside NetSuite to capture the funds, void the transaction or even issue multiple partial refunds if you need to. All this functionality with both a native* payment gateway look and feel as well as the ability to extend the behaviors inside NetSuite however you need to keep your business thriving!
Is it native*?
The * next to the word native above is there because Oracle NetSuite will not allow development of a functional Authorize.Net payment gateway using their Payment Gateway Plug-in API. That’s their prerogative. So to provide this functionality despite their poor decision making, we have developed this solution using all the standard published NetSuite API’s and Authorize.Net API’s and nothing more. This solution behaves like “native” credit card processing inside of NetSuite, it’s just not. Instead it works using a series of scripts and automations in your account providing credit card / ACH processing, settlement reporting and card tokenization while maintaining Authorize.Net’s strict PCI compliance. Why does that matter – well – for most instances of NetSuite it doesn’t, if you have concerns you might want to book a call to discuss the nuances of this free and open sourced solution.
Whats it cost?
